LoftCurator ("we", "us", "our") provides premium loft selection and related offerings under the domain loftcurator.pro. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, services, information products, and goods.

1. Scope of Offerings
We provide three categories of offerings: personalized services, information products, and physical goods. Each category is governed by specific conditions, especially regarding reimbursements.
1.1 Premium Loft Selection Services
These include in-person consultations, guided viewings, and tailored design recommendations.
1.2 Information Products
These include digital guides, planning checklists, and video tutorials delivered electronically.
1.3 Goods
These include printed materials, design samples, and merchandise shipped to your address.
2. Ordering Process
To place an order or schedule a consultation, please Contact Us. You will receive a confirmation email outlining your selection and any next steps.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the local currency. Payment is due at the time of booking for services, at the time of download for digital products, and at shipment for physical goods. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.
4. Reimbursement Policies
We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the reimbursement terms for each category:
4.1 Services Reimbursement
You may request a full reimbursement up to 48 hours before your scheduled consultation or service appointment. After this period, a partial reimbursement of 50% may be available if we are able to reassign your slot. If we are unable to reassign, no reimbursement will be processed. We do not offer reimbursements for completed services, but we do offer scheduling flexibility. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we will accommodate one free rescheduling per order.
4.2 Information Products Reimbursement
Digital guides and tutorials may be reimbursed within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a reimbursement, contact us with your order details. Upon approval, we will process a reimbursement to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4.3 Goods Reimbursement
Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the item to us at your expense, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we will cover shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process a reimbursement within 7 business days. If an item is customized or bespoke, no reimbursement is available due to its unique nature.
5. Non-Reimbursable Offerings
Some offerings are marked as non-reimbursable at the time of purchase. This includes bespoke design projects and limited-edition materials. These items or services are produced or allocated specifically for you, and no reimbursement applies due to the tailored nature of these offerings.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on loftcurator.pro is owned by LoftCurator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoftCurator is not liable for indirect or special losses arising from your use of our offerings.
8. Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top will indicate the latest effective date. Your continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Kuwait City.
